Who is on the 21 Day Challenge? We spend 5 minutes with our participants to find out more about who they are and what they do.

Describe your typical day:

Up at 7, feed the kids, pack lunches, drop off at school, head to gym, home to shower, back for preschool pickup, lunch, work with a 4 year old in the office, back to school for pickup, park time, home, homework, make dinner, and finally bedtime for kids!

How would you describe your current fitness regime?

Sufficient. I walk to and from school (weather permitting) and head to Orange Theory 3 - 4 times a week.

What is one meal/food that you can't live without?

Coffee Milk!

What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

I love unhealthy food! Cupcakes, frappes and other sweet treats!

What fitness goals are you hoping to achieve by being on the 21 Day Challenge?

Targeting "trouble" areas.
