Who is on the 21 Day Challenge? We spend 5 minutes with our participants to find out more about who they are and what they do.






Describe your typical day:

Driving kids to and from school as well as activities like dance/events. Working on my computer A LOT from home, so sitting a bunch while my kids play or are at school. Then making supper, getting kids to bed and sitting down with hubs to watch TV. 

How would you describe your current fitness regime?

In 3 words – just for fun. I do Zumba once a week, a class led by a friend, with friends so it’s a dance party. It gets the heart rate going and it’s the only thing I’ve ever stuck to because I have fun doing it.

What is one meal/food that you can't live without?

Chips & Salsa

What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Time. Balancing work, the kids, and the hubs – I put all that first over being able to work out and eat healthy.

What fitness goals are you hoping to achieve by being on the 21 Day Challenge?

Lose as many pounds as possible and tighten up my belly & arms.
