Who is on the 21 Day Challenge? We spend 5 minutes with our participants to find out more about who they are and what they do.

Describe your typical day:

My alarm goes off just after 4am and I press snooze 4 or 5 times, then finally put one foot on the ground and head to work. Have some fun on the radio for 3 1/2 hours, then some more fun at work, then get home to get back to bed for a nap. Wake up and head out on my daily run/walk for an hour and sweat like a pig. Usually ignore my poor family the rest of the night by planning the next morning show and watching TV. Then it all starts again.

How would you describe your current fitness regime?

I used to run for an hour, now it's walking mixed with the occasional sprint like a bear is chasing me. Then quickly more walking.

What is one meal/food that you can't live without?

Chinese food of any kind!

What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

I am always on the run and because of lifestyle and work schedule I never get enough sleep,

What fitness goals are you hoping to achieve by being on the 21 Day Challenge?

Get back on track and eat properly. Try to turn the rest of my body into what my calves look like. Get back down to under 200 lbs for the first time since I was 2 years old.
