Describe your typical day:
Mostly sitting in meetings or at my desk, often leaving the office to go to meetings.
How would you describe your current fitness regime?
I don’t really have one. I go for a walk about twice per week during work but not much else.
What is one meal/food that you can't live without?
What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
I am quite busy with work and am also a board member for two charities. This takes up a lot of time that could be used cooking healthy meals and/or working out.
What fitness goals are you hoping to achieve by being on the 21 Day Challenge?
To build more muscle mass and loss some weight.
