Describe your typical day:

I sit and talk...alot. Then I go home and stand and watch football...alot.

How would you describe your current fitness regime?

Well I walk from the parking lot to my desk, walk to the studio from my desk, then walk for my car to the living room chair....

What is one meal/food that you can't live without?

Cheese & Pasta!

What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Finding the initial motivation to go out and exercise. Oh...and wine.
