Describe your typical day:

Gossip, wiggle, workout and DANCE! Keeping up with the Kardashians is a full time job! How do they always look so good? Drive around Edmonton from 3 pm - 7 pm daily and wiggle on Dinner TV!

How would you describe your current fitness regime?

I need to be told what to do! Or you will find me leaving for love at a buffet. Currently I am doing CrossFit, hot yoga, and Orangetheory Fitness...but I would rather be on Tinder!

What is one meal/food that you can't live without?

I LOVE POUTINE!

What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

I love to drink like Samantha from Sex in the City. Everyday is a good day for Wine O'Clock!

What fitness goals are you hoping to achieve by being on the 21 Day Challenge?

Hoping to become more toned.
