You can’t talk about tahini without mentioning sesame seeds! Tahini is a delicious, creamy paste that’s made from combining sesame seeds with vegetable oil and, in some cases, different spices. It’s most commonly used as an integral ingredient in hummus, but is also used in a ton of other recipes.

Tahini can obviously be used to make a delicious, heart-healthy hummus, but try mixing it up! Add it to your salad dressings and stir fry’s for a delicious, creamy taste. It can also be used in in pasta dishes and as part of a marinade for meat.
