Describe your typical day:

Driving kids to school, work, answering the endless barrage of emails, cleaning, cooking, and finally ending the day by taking the dog for a walk. 

How would you describe your current fitness regime?

Poor! Does dog walking and household chores count as exercise. I don’t really have one.

What is one meal/food that you can't live without?

Pasta!

What are the biggest challenges you experience in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Will power, hormones & husband.
